Troubleshooting
The ServiceMax Support team may request you run the checks against known conditions and parameters. You can log in as an Engage user to perform the tests on the standard function. The test does not check any customizations or the custom objects linked to the solution.
You can perform the following tests.
Post Install or Upgrade - You can check if the environment is configured as expected. The Post Install or Upgrade check lets you check for the required picklist values.
Push notification - You can send a test push notification to a logged-in user.
Sharing Settings - You can run the Global Sharing Settings on a selected user.
Engage Login - You can log in as an Engage user, check some of the configurations and ensure that the user can log in to Engage App.
You can perform the following actions for all the tests.
Clear Log - Click this option to clear the logs before running the checks.
Copy Log - Click this option to copy the log.
Download to File - Click this option to download the log.
