Sharing Files with your Customers
You can allow the users to view specific files for the Location Detail and Asset Detail. The method in which these are shared follows the current SFDC behavior for sharing files externally.

• For Assets, you can have the files at the Product Catalogue level or at the instance of that product. For example, you may want a manual at the catalog level and a certificate at the instance level.
• The image that the users view at the header of the asset detail can be a PNG, a JPG, or an animated GIF and are visible if the images are shared externally.
• For Asset Detail any image (PNG, JPG, or GIF) you upload as files to the Installed Product and make available externally is shown as an Image Gallery at the top of the Asset Detail page.
