Sharing Rules and Permissions
Sharing Rules can be leveraged using Customer Experience Plus License, or with Experience Sharing Sets & Groups.
Experience Plus allows you to have up to 3 Roles, that are auto-created for you for each account you create a user from using an existing Contact. Experience gives you a Single Role.

Apply external access to Read on the following SVMX objects either Globally or As a Rule for a specific role.
