Identifying PM Plans to Process
A PM Process uses the following data points to determine which PM Plans to process.
• Qualifying Criteria: configured SFM Expressions that reference Preventive Maintenance Plan object attributes.
• Expression: TODAY > or = (the PM Plan’s PM Schedule line field “Scheduled On” date – the value for “Create Work Order ‘n’ Days before Scheduled Date).
◦ Dependency: If the associated PM Schedule Definition’s Recurring checkbox is set to “True” (checked) OR if the associated PM Schedule Definition’s Processed checkbox is set to “False” (unchecked).
