Name of the Service Team. This is a lookup to an existing Service Team in ServiceMax.
Technician/Equipment
Name of the technician/equipment. This is a lookup to an existing technician/ equipment record in ServiceMax.
Cost Category
Type of cost defined by this record. Your system admin is responsible for configuring this list for your organization's requirements.
Hourly Cost
Average internal cost of service for this group or member.
Billable Amount
Average billable amount of service for this group or member.
