One SPM – Utilization record is created per qualified source record’s Timesheet Daily Summary record, with User & Utilization On fields as the composite primary key, and the mapping is done as follows:

Drive Time (In Mins)

Non Productive Time (In Mins)
Time Entry > Non-Productive Time
Calculated as follows: Sum of the times recorded in all the Time Entry records for the day, which have Type = <One of the types configured for Non-Productive Time in SPM metric definition>.
Off Time (In Mins)
Time Entry > Leaves
Calculated as follows: Sum of the times recorded in all the Time Entry records for the day, which have Activity != Travel and Type != <Any of the types configured for Non-Productive Time and Leaves in SPM metric definition>.

If any additional mapping is defined through custom SFM mapping, then those additional attributes are mapped from the source object to the metric object. The following SFM mapping features are supported:
• Additional mapping (one or two additional fields to consider if the primary source field is blank) defined for any field
• Any static values defined for fields
• SFM Literals used to define default values for date and DateTime fields
Once a target record is created, there are no overrides and no re-examination. This means that if an SPM – Utilization record exists for a User + Timesheet Daily Summary combination already, it is not updated and the related source records are not processed again.
