SPM Configuration
SPM configuration consists of one or more definitions required for metric generation, one common schedule, and notification for creating the metric data as per the definitions. You can configure multiple definitions to discover different sets of source records.
Each definition for metric generation involves the following aspects for this metric:
Active checkbox, to indicate if metric generation should happen as scheduled for this definition.
Select Multiple MTBF or Single MTBF, for defining how the entries must be maintained per Installed Product in this metric.
Description, to display the purpose of this metric definition
Configurable parameters used for mandatory mapping or metric calculation.

Consider Downtime From
Choose Work Order if downtime should be considered as the difference in time between the configured Work Order fields (Created On and Fixed On dates), or Down Time if downtime should be taken from the Downtime records associated with the work order.

Choose a Date/Time field to consider as the creation date-time of work orders.
Work Order
Fixed On Date
Choose a Date/Time field, to consider as the date-time at which the issue was fixed.
In addition, specify the details for the following field values:
Qualifying criteria and additional SFM mappings as provided in the Qualifying Criteria topic.
Identify the schedule for metric generation can be Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Provide the email ID to be specified for receiving success and failure notifications.
