SPM Configuration
SPM configuration consists of one or more definitions for metric generation and one common schedule & notification for creating the metric data as per the definitions.
You can configure multiple definitions to cover different sets of source records.
Each definition for metric generation involves the following aspects for this metric:
Active checkbox, to indicate if metric generation should happen as scheduled for this definition or not.
Description, to show the purpose of this metric definition.

Work Order
Fields to be considered for Repeat Visit
Choose one or more of Account, Location, and Installed Product as the work order attributes based on which Repeat Visits should be matched with their primary visits.
Account and Location matching are based on the managed ServiceMax fields Account and Site.
Installed Product matching is based on matching the work order’s Component field value.

Reference to Primary Work Order
Choose Yes if a work order must have reference to a primary work order, in order for it to be considered as a repeat visit.
Choose No, if primary work order reference is not mandatory.

Repeat Visit Timeframe
Choose the time frame within which a subsequent visit must happen, for it to be considered a repeat visit. Available options are 7, 14, and 30 days.

Additional fields to be considered for Repeat Visit
Choose any other field you want to consider for Repeat Visit. You can select number/text/picklist from the list. For example, if you have a custom text called "issue" (text field) and you want to consider it to qualify a work order as Repeat Visit, select issue from the list. You can also use the standard fields available as part of the list.

Choose an Account lookup field, to identify the associated customer.

Choose an Installed Product lookup field, to identify the component serviced using the work order.

Service Delivered On
Choose a Date/Time field, to consider as the date-time at which the work order service was considered as delivered.

Choose a Technician lookup field, to identify the technician who handled the work order.

Fields to be considered for Repeat Visit
Choose one or more of Account, Location, and Installed Product as the work order attributes based on which Repeat Visits should be matched with their primary visits.

Installed Product matching is based on matching the Top-Level field value if it is not blank, or matching the Top-Level field value of the work order’s Component field value.
