All other metric records except Contract Up Time, Attach Rate, Utilization, and Account Summary metric records are considered for calculation. These records are filtered based on the global configuration settings (each metric's setting) and the criteria which you define for each of these metrics. After you save and run each of these metrics, the percentage / average value of the metrics are calculated and trends are displayed using Dashboards and Reports.
