Installed Products must match the expression to qualify installed products for this metric. The work orders which match the expression to qualify the work orders must adhere to the following additional filter:
• Created Date is greater than First Execution Date of SPM Engine for this metric minus the value of global configuration setting SET0010 (default: 365 days).
• Account lookup field configured for the installed product as Source field for SPM –Mean Time Between Failure is not blank.
