Since shipment orders are strongly tied to Cases, Installed Products, and Work Orders, review and ensure that the shipment order record is not used in any related records. Fields related to some standard objects such as Cases and Opportunities are available for use in Shipment Order only if allowed by your ServiceMax license. Contact your ServiceMax admin to know the type of license used by your organization.
