Reset to Default Settings
When you click Reset to Default Settings, all of your personalizations will be overwritten with the default values configured by your ServiceMax admin.
As this action is irreversible, you will be prompted for confirmation before reset. On confirmation, defaults are restored and Dispatch Console is relaunched for those default values to take effect.
To prevent you from inadvertently overwriting your personalizations or the defaults deployed by your ServiceMax administrators or super dispatchers, the Reset to Default Settings button in the Settings menu can be hidden by your admin, using the group configuration setting SET065.
The default value All ensures backward compatibility and displays the Reset to Default Settings button for all users. Setting it to Super Dispatcher displays the button for Super Dispatchers only and hides it for other users. Setting it to None hides it for all the users.
