ServiceMax Mail Merge
ServiceMax installation includes various Mail-merge templates for the following modules:
• RMA
• Shipment note
• Service Report
• Service Contract
• Quotation
The templates are built using Visual Force and Apex. You can create a copy of the template to customize them based on your requirements.
In addition, ServiceMax provides a simple process to publish your custom templates to end users, and a standard screen that enables users to select templates from a list and print them in multiple formats.
