The creation of SPM object records at the scheduled intervals is executed by SCON Scheduler.

SCON Scheduler gets created when ServiceMax Configurator is run for your Salesforce org, following the installation/ upgrade of the ServiceMax package.

This scheduler runs at hourly intervals and processes all the active SPM configurations scheduled at the specific date-time.
