RMA Access and Permissions
The following table lists the permissions needed to perform various actions on the RMA object.

When you are deleting an RMA record, a warning message is not displayed if the RMA is used in a related record. Since RMAs are strongly tied to Cases, installed products and Work Orders, review and make sure the RMA record is not used in any related records. Fields related to some standard objects such as Cases and Opportunities are available for use in RMA only if allowed by your ServiceMax license. Contact your ServiceMax admin to know the type of license used by your organization.
