Reporting
After you deploy Reports & Dashboard bundle in your org, you will see following two reports for violation metrics in Scheduling Effectiveness dashboard under SPM Dashboard folder:
• SPM Scheduling Violation Report: This report provides the total and average durations of SLA Violations for a specific Schedule Optimization job.
• SPM Scheduling Skill Violation: This report provides a number of skill violations for a specific Schedule Optimization job.
