Reporting
After you deploy Reports & Dashboard bundle in your org, you will see following two reports for technician utilization metrics in Scheduling Effectiveness dashboard under SPM Dashboard folder:
• SPM Scheduling Tech Utilization: This report provides the average technician utilization for an Schedule Optimization job per dispatch process
• SPM Scheduling Summary Report: This report provides the average technician utilization for an Schedule Optimization job for a specific date
