Qualifying Criteria
Both the qualification criteria specified at the top level issue object (Service Request, Case, Work Order)and the criteria selected at the Work Order/Work Detail level are considered for choosing the records for the First Time Fix metrics calculation. If you select Work Order at the issue object level, the system does not display the qualifying criteria on the Business Process Config tab, instead, it falls back on the criteria specified at the metric level (Work Order/Work Detail).
