Properties in 23.1
The Properties tab allows you to select the name, object, display name, display file name, tags, description, and other functionalities. You can access the properties tab from > > > tab.
The following screen displays the Properties tab in Output Documents.
Enter the details for the fields as described in the following table:
Field Name | Description |

*Name | Enter a name for the Output Document process. |
*Object | Select an object from the drop-down list for which you want to create the Output Document. |
Display Name | Displays the user given name of the selected object in the "Object" field. |
*Display File Name | Displays the run time executable name of the Output Document. |
Tags | Search for available tags using the lookup search results. Tags categorize the Output Document under multiple groups. (Not mandatory) |
Description | Enter a description of your choice. (Not mandatory) |
Sync when report is saved | Select this checkbox to finalize the report on mobile apps and sync it to the server immediately. This option is applicable to FSA and ServiceMax Go App. |
Enable Version Control | Select this checkbox to generate multiple versions of an Output Document. This is applicable when the Global setting GBL037 is True, and allows the Output document to be saved as Salesforce files. |
