Project View
In order to view all the events scheduled for the work orders displayed in the grid, in one screen without any additional scrolling, you can use the Project View feature when either of the above described filters are turned on. Click the Project View icon for this.
When you click the Project View icon, the Scheduler timeline auto-zooms to show all the events ever scheduled for the listed work orders in one screen, irrespective of the date range selected in the Scheduler.

The Project View icon is enabled only when either of the following are turned on:
• Filter Results buttons
• Show only technicians assigned to Work Orders above button
• Show only events associated with Work Orders above button
