Preventive Maintenance for End Users in 24.2
To execute Preventive Maintenance plans, you must create and activate PM Plans. You can create PM Plans from an Account, Location, Installed Product, or Service Contract. You can either create Time-Based or Condition-Based PM Plans based on the selected PM Plan Template. After the PM plan is created and PM process set up, the SCON scheduler picks up the PM process, and qualifies PM plans to check whether PM work orders are ready to be created.
