Metrics Calculation
There is no explicit calculation needed to derive the SLA and Skill violation metrics. The data needed for generating the reports will be created by the Schedule Optimization engine by capturing the violation details as records of object Scheduling Violation, when an Schedule Optimization job is complete and the schedules are assigned to technicians.
Please refer to the reporting section for details about the metrics that can be derived from the above business data.

Violation Category, which can be one of Time or Capability

Name, which can be one of SLA Violation or Skill Violation
Parameter Value 1
Violation parameter value for Skill violations, such as Skill level 5;6 Required
Parameter Value 2
Violation parameter value for SLA violations, such as 60, which can indicate 60 minutes
Technician
Technician lookup field, pointing to the technician scheduled to the work order
Value
Violation value, which provides more specific details about the actual violation. For example, it can be Early Arrival or Late Arrival for SLA Violation; it can be name of the skill such as Plumbing or Electrical for Skill Violation
