For SLA and Skill violation metrics, business data captured as Scheduling Violation object records is the metric data, and reports can be directly generated from these records. As mentioned in the previous section, Schedule Optimization engine will generate these records for each work order scheduled, for schedules that do not match SLA and/or Skill requirements of the respective work orders.
