Metric Data Generation
Metrics are generated on demand by Schedule Optimization Metric engine with these results, when you click the Report Latest Job or Report Selected Job(s) button:
• SPM Schedul Tech Utilization Constraints records are created to capture the Overall Drive Time per Schedule Optimization job along with the other utilization constraints, with one record created per Schedule Optimization job for the scheduling horizon.
• SPM Scheduling Technician Utilization records are created to capture the total Drive Time, one per technician per day, for the Schedule Optimization job's scheduling horizon.
Refer to Metrics Calculation section for the metric generation logic. It provides the details of mapping attributes from the source object to the metric object.
