Managing Home Bases for Technicians
To manage Home Bases for a technician:
1. Select the technician record. The Home Base tab is displayed. Note that this tab is hidden when you select a service team record. Any existing home base records associated with the selected technician appear at the bottom in the Home Base tab as shown in the following screenshot:
2. To add a home base record, click Add Home Base. A blank record is added to the bottom of the list.
3. Enter all the address fields.
4. If the record is the current home base for the technician, select the Current Home Base? checkbox. Only one record can be the current home base for a technician.
5. Click Save. Alternatively, to delete one or more home base records from the technician, select the records and click Delete. Click OK when prompted for confirmation.
6. To return to the setup home page, click Back To Setup Home on the Top section.
