Uploading Knowledge Base Articles
1. Create a Documents folder to store the Knowledge Base articles and make it accessible to all users. There are
2. No restrictions or guidelines on how it should be named.
3. In this folder, create a Document with the following properties.
a. Name = Title of the Knowledge Base article
b. Description = Detailed description of the article
c. Keywords = Comma-separated list of keywords that can be used to search for this article within the Troubleshooting screen. It must contain the exact Product Name(s) to which the article is related.
4. Choose the zip file created above.
5. Create a new document for each Knowledge Base article.
