Getting Started
The SFM Mobile Permissions screen is divided into three tabs for View, Create, and Checklists process respectively. You can assign the available SFM processes to the selected ServiceMax group profile from these tabs. The following steps provide instructions on how to start using this configuration screen.
1. Click Home > ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Permissions
2. Select the required ServiceMax group profile
3. The Mobile Permissions screen displays three tabs - View (default), Create, and Checklists. Tapping a tab navigates you to the respective screen for assigning the processes to selected ServiceMax group profile.
