The Mobile Permissions screen helps define the SFM process of type View, Create, Checklist/Survey that should be accessible to the selected ServiceMax group profile. This helps in downloading only required processes to the mobile apps which minimizes the size of configuration data downloaded and ensures that technicians have access only to processes that they need. Refer to the Best Practices section for recommended configuration options.
