Product Manuals
The Product Manual feature allows iPad users to refer to the Work Order’s product’s documentation such as User Manual and Service Guides from the app, if they are available in the Salesforce org online. Given below are the steps to be executed to add manuals to products:
1. If the product documentation to be uploaded is not in PDF format, convert it to PDF.
2. Name the file such that it has the word Manual in it. It is not case sensitive. Examples: Cirrus Product manual.pdf, Manual for Cirrus HD OCT.pdf, MANUAL – Cirrus.pdf
3. Upload the document as Attachment to the related Product record(s).
4. Repeat the above steps for each product manual.
