Preparing Knowledge Base Articles
1. Create a folder such that its name is the same as the title of Knowledge Base article.
2. In this folder, create a file called index.html. This file can contain the content, hyperlinks to other documents, images, videos, and other rich media. These files can be locally stored in the same folder, and the referencing hyperlinks can be relative local paths. The hyperlinks can also be web-based URLs.
3. Zip the folder.
4. Repeat the above steps for each article.

- The zip file should not be more than 5 MB in size (as per Salesforce limit for documents).
- All file formats that are supported in Safari browser can be referenced in the index.html file.
