File Download Criteria tab
If the Global Setting GBL037 is set to True, the attachments are stored as Salesforce Files in the server. This tab allows you to enable the download of Salesforce files on any object. To download the Salesforce Files, an event must exist in the event window for the records of the respective object.
To download the Salesforce Files:
1. Select the check box Enable Salesforce Files download. By default, the check box is not selected.
2. Enter Maximum file size to download (MB) to restrict the size limit of files to download. ServiceMax limits the size of the Salesforce Files download to 25 MB.

The value in Maximum file size to download (MB) allows the technician to attach the files to a record in the ServiceMax Go app. The ServiceMax Go app does not allow files larger than the configured value.
3. Enter the file types (.pdf, .jpeg, .png). It is always recommended to include .pdf as a file type if you want the output document downloaded to the mobile client.
4. Enter the tags. The files are downloaded according to the tags mentioned in this field. Tags can only contain letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, and underscores and must contain at least one letter or number.
