Lightning App
In Salesforce login, click the App Launcher icon
and select ServiceMax Lightning. 
Lightning record pages are not packaged with any objects. You can create your own custom record pages according to your use case. As part of record page activation, assign it to the ServiceMax Lightning app to make it available for the users of this app.

Lightning Components
ServiceMax Packaged lightning components are not added to the page layout by default. When you edit the lightning page you will find them under Lightning Components > Custom Managed group.
