Lightning Community
Lightning SFM is supported in Salesforce Lightning Community. You can log in to Lightning Community and use SFM Wizards/Lightning Components to launch SFM processes. SFM Wizards are loaded with Lightning Components, and then you can launch all types of SFMs and experience the lightning interface. Refer to Salesforce Documentation for more information on designing Lightning Community. ServiceMax supports Lightning Community templates such as Salesforce Tabs + Visualforce, Customer Service (old Napili), Aloha, and Partner Central.

By default, the permissions are not seeded and made available to Community users. You need to specifically configure the required permissions both at the object and field level for the Community users.
