Launching from Work Order
If you need Dispatch Console to not use background loading when launched from a work order, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > SFM Custom Actions . Clone the standard SFM custom action Dispatch Technician.
2. In the cloned action, change the URL To Launch from/apex/SVMXC__Dcon_DispatchConsole_JS to /apex/SVMXC__Dcon_DispatchConsole.
3. In all the required custom SFM wizards, configure the above-cloned action instead of the standard action.
