The Get Entitlement, Check Entitlement, and Save Entitlement APIs that are executed as part of the interactive entitlements, can also be used in custom solutions. These Entitlement-related APIs are exposed for the Entitlement Engine on the Case and Work Order objects. Exposing the Entitlement APIs increases usability among customers and gives them the flexibility to customize their Entitlement behavior and user experience.​
