Enabling Timesheet
You can enable the Timesheet feature through the configuration setting. By default, the configuration setting is disabled.
To enable the timesheet feature:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.
2. Select the Org-wide configuration profile.
3. Select Module: Common; SubModule: Global Settings.
4. Edit the global setting GBL027Enable Timesheet Capabilities and set it to True. The Setting Values pop-up window is displayed.
5. Click Save and close the edit settings value pop-up window.
6. Click Save to save the configuration profile. The Timesheet option is enabled and available on the ServiceMax Setup > Service Organization page.
