1. Check the check box against the record to be edited and then click Edit in the SLA Terms home page. The SLA Terms page appears for editing with all the existing values.

2. Edit the fields such as Name and Description as required.

3. Edit the appropriate commitments available to your customers by clicking the appropriate commitment tabs.

4. Click Save to save the changes.
