Deleting SLA Terms

Exercise caution while deleting SLA terms. You will not be warned if the SLA Term is referenced in Cases, Work Orders, or Entitlement History.

To delete existing SLA Terms records:
1. Check one or more check boxes against the SLA Terms records you want to delete in the SLA Terms home page.
2. Click Delete and then click OK to confirm the deletion.
