Data Download
In Mobile Apps, IB related data for work order is downloaded during Initial Sync or Data Sync as following:
• For the work order available for the technician, work order's location's hierarchical data and its child locations up to six levels will be downloaded.
• All the IB data associated with downloaded locations from their top level IBs will be downloaded.
• Account associated with work order's location will be downloaded.
