Customizing Org-wide Default Values
Perform the following steps before any user launches Dispatch Console and customizes any user setting value:
1. Make a copy of user settings JSON file from the packaged static resource DCON_UI_Settings.
2. Make changes to the default values in the copied file as required.
3. Create a custom static resource named DCx_Custom_User_Settings, and save the updated file to this resource.

Ensure that the MIME Type of this static resource file is JSON.

If you want to apply the default values to users who have already customized their user settings, set the Dispatch Console Settings field in their User Preference record to blank after performing the above-mentioned procedure.
