Create a dashboard in a folder named Top Level Summary Dashboard and with the unique name SPM Top Level Summary - Service Request, SPM Top Level Summary - Primary Work Order, SPM Top Level Summary - Case.

You need to import the contents in the package to the folders.

You can use the ]SPM Top Level Summary object, to get the consolidated summary of all metrics. After you configure the dashboard for this metric, you will see the link View Dashboard in the SPM configuration screen. Click this link to open the configured dashboard in a new browser tab. The Dashboard displays a collection of charts, each chart displaying the summary of each metric. Similarly, you can use the report link to view each report. You can group and aggregate based on your requirement.
