Create a dashboard in a folder named SPM Dashboard with the unique name Account Summary, to see the View Dashboard link in the SPM configuration screen for this metric.

Create summary reports with charts on the SPM Account Summary object, to get the consolidated summary reports of all metrics.

Grouping and aggregation can be on Account.

Start Date and End Date are the other attributes available OOTB for reporting.

The Calculation Method identifies the specific metric and can be used for filtering summary records for a given metric.

Configuration Name identifies the distinct configuration amongst the multiple configurations that can be defined for a single metric. For Average Response Time metric, this also identifies the type of response (Initial Response Time, Onsite Response Time, Restoration Time, or Resolution Time) applicable for the specific SPM Account Summary record.
