Custom Reports and Dashboard
Create a dashboard in a folder named SPM Dashboard with the unique name Utilization_Effectiveness, to see the View Dashboard link in the SPM configuration screen for this metric.
Create summary reports with charts on SPM – Utilization object, considering the following:
• Time spent by technicians per day is saved with details of productive and non-productive time, including break time and off time.
• Available Time is auto-calculated by subtracting break minutes & off time from working duration.
• Utilization % is auto-calculated in two ways – one with driving time considered as productive time, and another with driving time considered as non-productive time.
• Grouping and aggregation can be done on any of the following attributes:
◦ By Technician (or Service Team or User)
◦ By Service Manager
• Utilization On–Date is another attribute available OOTB for reporting.
