Create a dashboard in a folder named SPM Dashboard with the unique name SPM_First_Time_Fix, to see the View Dashboard link in the SPM configuration screen for this metric.

Create summary reports with charts on SPM – First Time Fix object, to show the first-time fix rate of work orders, with the data grouped by technician, team, manager, product, and country.
