Creating a New Available Service
To create a new Available Service:
1. In the Quick Find box, search for Available Services.
2. Click New in the Available Services screen, as shown in the following screenshot.
3. In the Manage Service area:
a. Enter the Service Name.
b. Search and select the Qualifying Criteria.
c. In the Tracked On picklist, select Work Order or Case.
d. Enable the Active checkbox.
e. Select the Data Type.
4. Click Save to save the Available Service. Click Save & New to save the Available Service and create a new Available Service.
