Configuring Reports & Dashboards
The bundle of reports and dashboards covering all the metrics is available out of the box. It is not installed by default, and can be deployed in your org separately. To get this bundle, contact your ServiceMax Account Executive. You can then edit /clone these reports, to suit your business requirements.
After you deploy this bundle in your org, you will see the link View Dashboard in the SPM configuration screen for each metric. Clicking this will open the dashboard for the associated metric, in a new browser tab.
You can also create reports & dashboards in Salesforce, to analyze the Service Performance Metrics generated in your org.
ServiceMax supports trend reports for the Attach Rate metric. It does not replace the Attach Rate metric data when the engine runs for the consecutive time. Instead, it shows data for the last runs in the reports so that users can understand the trend/patterns in the data.
The Setting SET0012 determines whether you can generate trend reports for the Attach Rate metric. By default, the setting is enabled and allows you to generate the trend reports. If you disable it, ServiceMax generates only the standard reports and not trend reports for this metric. ServiceMax does not recommend you to switch between the setting 'on' and 'off'' mode. If you want to change the setting, please make sure that you purge the metric data before generating the reports.
