Configuring Picklists
You can define new picklist values for managed picklist fields in all objects that are a part of ServiceMax package, to suit your organization’s requirements. If you want to modify or delete any packaged values, contact ServiceMax Support since it might affect out-of-the-box functionality.

Fields related to some standard objects such as Cases are available for use in setting picklist values only if allowed by your ServiceMax license. Please contact your ServiceMax admin to know the type of license used by your organization.
