The setting SET066 (Enable filtering by technicians assigned/scheduled to the listed work orders; Module: Dispatch Management > Submodule: Dispatch Console Flex) determines whether the filter technician buttons are displayed in Dispatch Console or not. By default, this setting is set to True, and hence the filter technician buttons are displayed. There are no options to personalize the behavior of filter technician buttons.
