Canceling a Shipment Order
When you do not have any processed shipments for a Shipment Order, you can cancel the order. When a Shipment Order is canceled, it will not be available for processing shipments anymore.
To cancel a Shipment Order:
1. Locate the Shipment Order by searching in the side bar or from a list view in the Parts Order tab and then click the Shipment Order you want to cancel. Ensure that the Shipment Order is Open. Also ensure that none of the product in the Shipment Order is shipped.
2. Click Cancel Shipment and then click OK when prompted.
