• Qualify the timesheet for Utilization processing by setting the appropriate field values, so that it matches the timesheet expression configured in SPM Setup.

• Ensure that the Type field in time entry (whose values are configured to indicate Non-Productive Time & Leaves as mentioned above) is populated with a valid value.

• Ensure that the Break Hours or Break Duration field is populated in Technician/Equipment records with appropriate values, to reflect the total break time.
